Service Worldwide
We have specialized in every application. Our inspection, service and test tools in combination with trained service specialists enable us to inspect or service your plant equipment anywhere in the world.
Whether unscheduled repairs or annual maintenance, our on-site service can support you appropriately at any time.

Implementing
We would be pleased to support you and your staff with the implementation of our product on site.
A rapid and, above all, smooth implementation of our products is ensured by our specialists and, in particular, our service equipment on site. Additional costs due to unscheduled delays are excluded.
We ensure the best possible performance of our products through correct handling and structured procedures during on-site implementation. Likewise, we provide short-term solutions in case of unforeseeable complications.

Expertise Training
In our expertise training, the basic functions of our systems and those of the valve technology, are explained in detail. The structured procedure for handling the product/system is explained to your employees using the specifically prepared training materials.
In the following part of the training, the handling of our products is put into practice in a plant-specific manner. With this training, each participant acquires the basic knowledge to handle our products responsibly and in accordance with our inplementing and maintenance instructions. The training can be carried out by our specialists either at your site or at our premises.

Label System
In many cases, our quality products and systems are components of your pressure accumulator system or your machine and are therefore subject to corresponding, safety-relevant directives and regulations. (2006/42/EC | 2014/68/EU | etc.)
To ensure this safety and performance permanently in your machine or system, the annual inspection or service is a necessary and very important component.
In order not to miss this important service date for you, our products are provided with the EHT SERVICE LABEL, which shows you in a simple way the upcoming service. Contact us by phone or by mail via the scan of the QR code to arrange a short-term appointment.
The annual service is fully documented in our system.

Spare Parts Requirements
During wear part changes, repairs and revisions, there are often time delays due to missing spare parts. Our spare parts service supports you in always having the required seal sets or wearing parts sets on site. Through a targeted needs analysis, you are always able to access the right spare parts during planned shutdowns.
In order to protect the installed hardware (piston, sleeves, etc.) in our systems, we have developed appropriate sealing sets and wearing parts sets for the components.
By replacing them, you avoid leakage and rubbing of the hardware components against each other. The component is therefore more durable and the hardware components are better protected in the long term.
Our service staff can also be happy to record the necessary maintenance intervals on site and thus recommend required components, thus greatly minimizing the risk of equipment failure.

Repairs
You are welcome to send us your dismantled components. We offer in-house repairs and general overhauls of all kinds. Be it a complete descaling valve, a selective spray bar or a 3/2 way valve... We offer their repair according to the condition of the product.
Many customers work in a rolling system and send us the replaced components after the certain maintenance cycle. This allows frictionless replacement and more cost effective repairs with our seal and wear part kits.
